Grade A is gently used lululemon with no visible flaws at arm's length: no holes, stains, heavy pilling, fading or stretched waistbands. It resells as 'excellent used condition' at roughly 45–65% of retail.
Every Grade A piece passes a four-point check: fabric surface (pilling, snags), seams and hems, waistbands and elastic, and color (fading, discoloration). Jackets also pass a zipper test. Grade A is what Poshmark and consignment buyers expect when a listing says 'like new' or 'excellent used condition'.
