Good used condition
Visibly worn but fully wearable: light pilling, minor fading, small marks or a loose thread. No holes or major stains.

The four-point check
- Surface: pilling, snags, runs, matting.
- Seams and hems: stitching, scuffing, repairs.
- Waistbands and hardware: elastic, drawcords, zippers, cups.
- Color: fading, discoloration, dye transfer.
Jackets, hoodies and bags get a working-zipper test. Lined shorts and skirts get a liner check. Down pieces are checked for leaking.

Grade split
Standard lots are about 70% Grade A and 30% Grade B. Grade A-only and Grade B-only lots are available. The packing list shows exact counts by grade.

No. Any pilling visible at arm's length moves a piece to Grade B.

What if I disagree with a grade on arrival?
Send photos within 7 days and we credit or replace mis-graded pieces.
