Every piece is checked by hand against known lululemon construction: heat-pressed inside tags with size dots, fabric names that match the style, logo placement, stitching quality and hardware. Pieces that fail any check are removed before grading.
Our team has handled tens of thousands of lululemon pieces and keeps reference samples for each major style. We compare tag printing, rip-tag codes where present, waistband construction and zipper pulls. If a buyer ever finds a non-authentic piece in a ThriftUp lot, we replace or credit it under our claims policy.
