Bales are compressed and strapped with 100–300 pieces, wrapped in clear film with a ThriftUp label listing the lot number, category, piece count and grade split.
Bales are the cheapest format per piece because they skip cartons and individual bagging. Sorted lots ship in cartons with pieces folded by category and size.
